Pioneers 1... NDSCS 3 (16-25, 25-21, 16-25, 20-25)

The NDSCS Wildcats used a balanced attack at the net to hand the MCC Pioneers their 1st MonDak Conference loss of the young season. 

NDSCS handled the 1st game handily before a scrappy Pioneer team clawed their way to a 2nd game victory to tie things up at 1-1. 

It was all Wildcats from their as they quickly gained momentum again in game 3 and carried it thru game 4 to win 3-1. 

MCC was led in kills by Zeason Schaffer (Broadus, MT) with 17 on the match. Baily Nowicki (Miles City, MT) picked up 22 assists before being injured in game 3. Mia Mader (Broadus, MT) had 2 service aces. 

Bre Swanson (Chinook, MT) had 19 digs and Ashtynn Egan (Colstrip, MT) helped out with 17. Hattie Bumgarner (Belt, MT) had 4 block. 

The Pioneers are now 1-1 in MonDak Conference play and 4-5 on the season. They will host Lake Region State College tonight at 7:00 PM for another conference matchup.
