A great match between two evenly matched teams ended in a tough defeat Tuesday night as NDSCS exacted a bit of revenge after losing to MCC in Wahpeton with a 15-25, 25-11, 19-25, 25-20, 12-15 win over the Pioneers. 

Leading the way for the Pioneers offensively was Olivia Cook (Belgrade, MT) with 10 kills and Olivia Easton (Billings, MT) with 9. Jacey Rowland (Weyburn, Saskatchewan) had 22 assists and Mandi Tvedt (Glenrock, WY) had 2 aces. Defensively, Cassidy Acor (Havre, MT) and Olivia Cook each had 2.5 blocks. Macy Limberhand (Worden, MT) had 24 digs. 

The Pioneers fell to 3-3 in MonDak Conference play and 9-10 overall. NDSCS moved to 5-2 and 2nd place in the conference and 10-6 overall. 

The Pioneers jump right back in to things tomorrow night as they host Lake Region State College at 7:00 PM.
