The Mon-Dak Conference has announced that the pitcher of the week is MCC Pioneer Lance Bratlien. Bratlien is a sophomore right-hander from Helena, Montana.  Bratlien moved his season record to 3-1 with a masterpiece last Thursday. Bratlien tossed a no-hitter in a 10-0 win over Dakota College at Bottineau. He pitched 6 innings and faced the minimum amount of hitters (18) and struck out 8 Lumberjacks. One runner reached base on a Pioneer fielding error but Bratlien picked him off 1st base before the next pitch.
