GAME 1

Keith Manby (White Rock, BC) cracked a 3-run homer in the 1st inning and MCC never looked back in a 15-2 win in Game 1 vs. Waldorf JV on Saturday. The Pioneers added 4 in the 3rd inning on RBI's by Ryota Kusumoto (Cairns, Australia), Dawson Parry (American Fork, UT), Lewis Johnson (Evans Head, Australia), and Tim Holyk (Nanaimo, BC) all drove in runs in the inning.

Brayden Howard (American Fork, UT) went deep in the 4th for the Pioneers other home run. Howard and Deklan Harper (Laurel, MT) had multiple hits in game 1. Grayson Skinner (Rapid City, SD) picked up the win as he went 4 innings, giving up 2 runs on 2 hits. He had 6 strikeouts and 4 walks. 

GAME 2

Jake Lacey (Gillette, WY) went 3-3 with 5 RBI in game 2 to lead the Pioneers to a 17-4 win. The bats were again rolling as MCC racked up 17 hits on the game. Anthony Bleggi (Driggs, UT) and Stockton Brems (American Fork, UT) each went deep in this game. Bleggi and Jack Stead (Adelaide, Australia) each scored 3 times in the game. They Pioneers scored 14 runs in the first inning and ended the game early due to the 10-run rule.
