Krein's No Hitter Leads to MonDak Player/Pitcher of the Week

Miles Community College pitcher Rylynn Krein has been named as the Mon-Dak Conference softball player and pitcher of the week. During a 4-0 week for the Pioneers, Krein batted 11-15 at the plate for a .733% batting average. She had 1 home run, 13 RBI's, scored 12 runs, 3 base on balls and 1 stolen base.  She had an on base percentage of 1.711. 

In the circle, Krein pitched 10.0 innings in two complete games highlighted by a no-hitter on Saturday, March 29. Krein allowed only 3 hits, 3 walks, and 2 earned runs. Krein struck out 22 and moved her season record to 10-3. Rylynn is from Fergus Falls, Minnesota and she attended Fergus Falls High School. This is the 2nd time Rylynn has been the pitcher of the week.
