Pioneer Outfielder Autumn Porter signed a Letter of Intent to play Softball and continue her major in Photography at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, South Dakota.
Autumn selected Black Hills State because of how close it is to Miles City and the fact that her father lives in Rapid City. Autumn also enjoyed the coaching staff's positivity and the facilities at BHSU. She is excited to get deeper into photography and continuing her softball career in a beautiful area.
MCC Coaching Staff: "We are extremely proud of Autumn. She was MCC Softball's first ever signee, and now seeing her continue her academic and softball career at the University level makes us so very honored! Autumn has been a 2 year team captain, achieved academic greatness with a 3.8 GPA, and has shown a high level of skill that has helped our team immensely. We all firmly know and believe that Autumn will continue her path to greatness! Congratulations on your future endeavor. Once a PIONEER, ALWAYS A PIONEER!"
