The MCC Pioneer Men's Rodeo Team placed 4th in each of the 2 rodeos that took place this past weekend at Montana State University in Bozeman. 

Rodeo #1 - MSU Rodeo 1 was highlighted by MCC Tie Down Roper Daylon Danks (Mandaree, ND) winning the tie down roping event with a time of 22.2 over 2 runs. Bareback rider Cruz McNulty (Biggar, Saskatchewan) placed 2nd in the bareback event with a score of 69.0. Cody Acord (Gillette, WY) placed 6th in the Team Roping-Heeler event. Rodeo #2 -  Rodeo saw McNulty again finish 2nd in Bareback with a score of 139.0. He finished just 1 point behind the winner Brody Smith from Montana-Western. Danks finished in 8th place in the Tie-Down roping event with a 2-run time of 31.4. That was all of the scoring in MSU Rodeo 2 for the Pioneers.

MCC will host the next spring rodeo this weekend at the MCC Ag Advancement Center. There will be a performance on Friday at 6:00 PM and a slack performance on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM. There will then be a top 10 short go round on Saturday night at 6:00 PM.
