KRANTZ SIGNS WITH PIONEER SOFTBALL

(Miles City, MT) The Miles Community College Softball team has announced that Meghan Krantz will be joining the Pioneers for the 2019-2020 season. 

Krantz is a 5'11" corner from Cheney, Washington.  She attended and played high school softball at Cheney High School in Cheney, Washington.  She is transferring to MCC from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas where she also plays softball.

Meghan was 1st team All-League GNL from 2015 to 2017, League MVP GNL in 2018, and part of the League Champion Team in 2015. She was also a member of the District Championship team from 2015 to 2018.

Meghan is the daughter of Shawn Krantz of Ephrata, Washington and Karen Krantz of Spokane, Washington.  She is planning to major in art and science while attending MCC.    

Krantz on attending MCC: "I chose Miles Community College because I feel that it will give me the best opportunity to grow as a person as well as an athlete. It will give me a very different experience than what I had last year as a freshman. I am looking forward to being a leader and to help start a great program."  

Coach Juarez on Krantz: "Meghan is an exceptionally talented NAIA transfer. She has accomplished numerous great things on both the diamond and in her life. Meghan will continue to provide exceptional leadership for this group and will provide many great things to our program.  We couldn't ask for a better person/athlete to add to our team!
