Carvey on attending MCC: "I have chosen Miles Community College because I truly think this is the best fit for me. Miles has my degree which is the most important aspect, but I also get to continue with the sport that I love. My biggest decision about choosing a school was to make sure I got to not only enjoy where I am but also stride out to new places and new adventures. I can't wait to, not only continue my education at this school, but continue playing softball for the Pioneers!"
Coach Juarez on Carvey: "Emily Carvey comes to us from Libby, Montana. Emily will fit into the mold of what we are trying to accomplish here at MCC. She will contribute strongly to our student/community success, as well as being a positive impact player for us on the diamond. Emily comes with a strong bat and great defensive awareness. We are very excited that Emily has decided to be part of our Pioneer Softball Program. We look forward to her being on campus and making a difference in all facets of beings a student at MCC."
