DA signing with OPSU

(Miles City, MT) Daquazemarr (DA) Wyche is planning to continue his career as a student athlete next season at Oklahoma Panhandle State University (OPSU) in Goodwell, OK.

DA is originally from Houston, TX.  After two years at MCC, DA graduated with an A.S. General degree.

"My first year at MCC made me realize that I had some things to work on with my game," Wyche commented on his time in Miles City.  " The summer before my sophomore year, I was in the gym more and I developed myself into a better player.  MCC gave me the knowledge that I needed to succeed and I feel that MCC has helped me grow both on and off the court."

Head coach, Chase Tait is extremely proud of Wyche. "DA has spent alot of time working on his game in the last two years, and has come to a point where he is a good shooter and scorer.  He does a great job in the weight room as well, and you can tell that his hard work has paid off for him.  If he keeps improving in the next two years like he did here, then the Aggies got themselves a very good pickup."

DA is looking forward to playing at the next level,  "I am excited to be around new competition and playing my heart out.  I look forward to continuing to get better, because there is always room for improvement.  I'm going to work hard this summer to get myself ready to play at the next level." Wyche commented.

Oklahoma Pandhandle State University is a member of the Sooner Athletic Conference within the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), Division I.
