Miles Community College Baseball

Rules

1. Raffle tickets will cost 20 dollars.

2. Each participant's raffle ticket will qualify them to 'own' 1 of the 30 possible MLB clubs.

3. The first participant who 'owns' the MLB team that scores runs from 0 to 10 in individual games wins.

As an example, if you get the Pittsburgh Pirates, and they get shutout (which is likely) then the 'owner' can cross off 0. The next day, they happen to exlpode for 2 runs, then the 'owner' can cross off 2. Again, the FIRST 'owner's' team which scores each amount of runs between 0 and 10, wins.

4. Each participant will be randomly given one MLB team out of the 30 possible...hence the raffle terminology and Montana gambling laws.

5. In the event that one or more teams happen to score the last number of runs they need on the same day, then the team who has scored 10 runs the most will win. If they are still tied after that, we will just keep going down the list to 9, then 8 and so on.

6. The winner of each FULL group of 30 raffle participants will win 10 times their raffle ticket cost...or 200 dollars. Therefore the '10 X 10' name.

7. In the event (which is highly likely) that there is a group of players that does not have 30 members in it, the winner of the group will win 33% of the total pot of that group. As an example, if there are only 10 members in your group, that means that there is 200 dollars in the pot and 33% of 200 is 66 dollars.

8. Groups (we will call them divisions and name them later) will get populated on a first come, first served basis.

9. Because of Montana gambling laws, raffle tickets cannot be SOLD outside of Montana.

10. Also, because of Montana gambling laws, participants MAY NOT purchase raffle tickets online...such as with PayPal or other 3rd party websites.

11. Participants MAY purchase more than one raffle ticket, however they CANNOT participate in the same group/divison.

12. Results will be posted on mccpioneers.com.

13. Raffle tickets may be purchased thru any member of the Pioneer Athletic Department or member of the Pioneer Baseball program.

14. Raffle tickets must be received by April 3rd, 2010 to be elligible.
